Libby Lipin is an artist living and working in Central Massachusetts. Some of the most meaningful relationships in her life have been with animals, a connection that deeply informs her artistic practice. She encourages anyone who loves an animal to document them generously — to take more photographs than they think they’ll ever need — preserving both memory and presence.

Libby creates intimate animal portraits using chalk pastels, capturing not only physical likeness but emotional character and quiet connection. She accepts commissions for custom pastel portraits and welcomes inquiries through her contact page.

Most recently, Libby has expanded her practice to include stained glass, exploring light, color, and form through a new medium. This evolving body of work reflects the same sensitivity and intention found in her pastels, translating her intimate, observational approach into a luminous, dimensional form.
