Re: Non-Artist Products (i.e books, tshirts, puzzles, photo prints, etc): To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Re: Artist Works: For art work and one-of-a-kind creations - please contact us to determine what is possible based on the specific item. We will do our best to accommodate your needs-but given the unique nature of many of our gallery items, are unable to provide a definitive policy for such works.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or issue store credit if no receipt is provided.
