Titled "Queen of Hearts" this wood angel is comprised of reimagined vintage found items - Carpenter's level, book covers, children's book illustration, bobbins, Christmas lights reflector, buttons and jewelry.

Artist Statement
I see three dimensional items in everything I look at. I have been collecting vintage found objects for years, I'll see something that looks like a fish head, a whale spout or angel wings etc. I take these objects and assemble them together to create new sculptural pieces. I love working with my hands and the different materials to figure out how they will work together to create a new sculptural form.
