Elizabeth Lorayne | "Owl”| Framed Collagraph

Elizabeth carves her collagraphs from linoleum blocks or cut from mat board. She embellishs the collagraph plates with carborundum powders, embossed papers, leaves, and flowers; creating stories through tones and textures.

Elizabeth Lorayne studied printmaking, writing, and psychology at The New School, graduating in 2008. She is now located in Newburyport and proud to be an Artist Member of the Marblehead Art Association. She is also a member of the Monotype Guild of New England, Newburyport Art Association, and EFA Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop
