Very excited to have local Newburyport artist Andrea Maginnis join our humble shop and have the ability to showcase her visually compelling & whimsical works. 

These engaging Book Cover Art pieces are appx 7" H x 5" W and each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation and will vary.  Nuanced creative details abound - from edge spines to rear plates.

Can be hung with saw tooth hanger or just placed on a shelf.

About the Artist | 

Andrea Maginnis graduated from Lesley University, College of Art and Design. She has worked professionally as a designer, illustrator, animator and front-end developer for various agencies. Currently, she is the Creative Director of a small marketing agency on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

In her heart, however, she is a maker. The search for something new to create or alternate ways to use found items is always in the foreground. She uses mostly vintage materials, such as book covers, illustrations, postage stamps, and other vintage ephemera for collages. Vintage buttons, watch parts, gears and costume jewelry are used for embellishments. Artisan papers, beads, wood, wire, and ribbon are also used to compliment all of these items.

Bringing hidden images and objects of the past back to a new life is her passion.
